The “Fu Nan Traditional Chinese Medicine Centre” Doctor in room 1 wrapped my hand like a dumpling.
This branch located at Blk 152 Bukit Batok West Ave 6 St.11 did a fine job with my wrist. The doctor says my veins and bone is misaligned and must be realigned.
“Argghh.” and with a pull and “crack!” my hand is put back together! He place some strong smelling paste in a bandage and wrap my wrist carefully, sealed it with two “sealers” and finally net it tightly.
He said must be wear it 3 to 4 days and come back to “zhen jiu” (acupuncture) if not ok by then.
I when home early yesterday and got ready for my new exercise routine that I had promised myself to restart since last week. I went to the top level of the mega-multistory car-park to jog as the breeze is nice and better view of the night sky. I was approached by some young kids while I am jogging my last round and was challenged for a race!!
I knew I will definitely win and I was right for the first time, the second challenge came fast together with another girl (12 years old?) which I gladly take on the challenge!!! Unfortunately, few seconds later….I fell down face flat with my left wrist in pain and dripping red liquid from my face….
I huff and puff on the ground as the red warm liquid drip profusely…the kids maid and probably one more adult lady came to me in horror!
“Tissue…” I requested and the elder lady (about 20+) ran up her house to retrieve a medic kit, water and tissues.
After few guggle of water and spit out of blood and water, antiseptic was applied on my chin bloody wound…and a bandage was applied on my chin…
I was advised to visit the clinic and I did!! I should have called for ambulance after my sister let me know later the trip is free only the treatment is chargeable!
The doctor at the clinic injected me with pain killer & “Poh Shang Feng” medicine and charged me accordingly while the doc advised me to go NUH to stitch up my chin and X-Ray my painful left wrist.
My sister who is a paramedic, came to fetch me half way through her night class to Alexanda Hospital which is cheaper.($55 package)
After a long wait (because the doctors are busy on the high profile accident of the construction accident that 3 Bangladesh were injured after a wall collapsed near suntec should be Harbour Front), the doctor finally came back and ask the same questions again and send me for the X-Ray after like 1-2 hours the x-ray shows my wrist is not broken but contortion. Doctor advised me to put Ice on it when swelling starts. The doctor (pretty lady) say no need stitch but just glue my chin back haha!! cool!!
This is the injured inside my mouth which had abrasion with my teeth, blood flow from there as well…

my chin after glued back together haha!!

A small abrasion on my left hand…this hand hurts like hell when i try to turn it sideways too much!!

The Panadol were prescribed to ease the pain so I can type with my right hand!!

The ice pack for my left wrist…still hurts! sob sob

This teaches me one thing….never ever run against children 10 years younger!! Haha!

Between the years 1818-1820, the Bell Family of Red River, Tennessee was visited by an unknown presence that haunted the family and eventually ended up causing the death of one its members. Starting with small sounds around the farm, and the sighting of a strange creature with piercing yellow eyes, the sounds escalated into full brutal contact with certain family members, causing psychological and physical torment. The attacks grew in strength, with the spirit slapping, pulling, dragging, and beating the Bell’s youngest daughter, Betsy.
- This movie is not really that scary according to Thai or Jap or Korean standards. I found it rather disturbing to see Hollywood depiction of ghost is more and more fake….haa
Not really my type of horror film…

In “Ghost Game”, 11 participants are locked up inside a former-prison-turned-memorial for a 24 hours reality TV show. Following the concept of the game, the contestants have to provoke the wrath of all the vengeful spirits inhabiting the faded walls of the former prison where thousands suffered and perished years before. The contestant who manages to endure the nerve-rattling atmosphere the longest will walk away with the cash prize of Bt5 million.
- The movie is freaky and very eerie indeed, however the ghost that appear in this movie is more or less human in scary make up that scare people or kill people. There is potential in this move in the beginning when the contestant are usher into the haunted death camp which thousands of people and soldiers was murdered on the 9th of that month which I don’t remember.
I guess this is a cool movie for a guy who loves horror.

To me, blogging is to express our personal opinions and be informative but enjoyable. The most important thing to bloggers is that it’s not a JOB that it’s a need to be constantly updated and it should not fully controlled (Other than sensitive topics like race, religion, politics or anything that can threaten our security)
Some bloggers that may have certain agendas such as using blogging as marketing tools, an advertisement or promotion of their products or services.
For me I just like my freedom to say what I feel and have in my imagination…without any boss to tell me what is right or wrong. You can say anything to discredit me but what makes a blog more popular? It’s the personal touch and feelings about any issue or things that we had done personally.
If we simply blog about an event or issue that have no additional feelings added to it, it is just another news on the paper…boring!!
Currently, I had feeling that I am being monitored and controlled. There are things I wanted to tell people whom I may or may not see to vent my frustration and share my knowledge FREE on the net!
I believe in helping others and I don’t advocate selfish hoarding of important information that should be released to public…except for trade secrets and sensitive issues.
Life is not a straight line, if you make a mistake simply amend it and make it better. Someone once ask how to be more successful, the answer is to increase your mistakes…
Let’s hope my other blog can help people during the pending crisis.
